Discord + Valorant = Higher Ping

I don't know why when i have my discord and valorant open i have higher ping and when i just have my valorant open i have 8ms but with discord i can reach 150ms please help me

VAL 59 and VAL 57

I have both of these errors when logging into Valorant (After restarting/Log-Out it shows VAL 59 after VAL 57), anyone has a fix that works or knows whats causing the issues?

I've got this error message like 5 days ago and i can't do anything about that. So my GPU is on D3D12 and i have 6.5 shader model so it's better than the requirements, why it doesn't work then ? If someone know more about me here help me please.

Stuttering

I have problems with stuttering, I have tried reinstalling my drivers many times and nothings changes, I even tried playing in a new windows profile, undevolting and overclocking my CPU, but I still get those stutters.

High Ping after 20pm even if i have 40ms

I updatet my bios becaus of the secure boot not beeing verifyt and now Valorant and other Games randomly crash
