Stuttering

I have problems with stuttering, I have tried reinstalling my drivers many times and nothings changes, I even tried playing in a new windows profile, undevolting and overclocking my CPU, but I still get those stutters.

High Ping after 20pm even if i have 40ms

After like 20pm I still have 40ms in lobby then I go in a game and my Ping just start going crazy, only on valo too, anyone have this problem too (im console btw)

Alt Tab problem

Every Time i Alt+Tab i get a black screen for 1-2 Seconds and then my Game jumps back to the frame 10 Seconds Ago and Freezes for 5 Seconds and i have no sound and then it jumps to the moment the Game is rn and continues normally

Valorant restarts my PC around 1 minute and 30 second mark.

So I've been trying to get this fixed for 7 hours now, and I'm kind of out of ideas. I tried turning off almost every optimization in my BIOS settings for my CPU to check if that's the issue. It didn't fix it. I tried checking for voltage spikes with Hardware Info and HWMonitor, but everything looks fine. I tried checking the temps... Everything, again, FINE. Issue with valorant either matchmaking or is it my PC?

Valorant not opening

Hello, whenever I open Valorant, it shows a d3d11 error compatible GPU or smth. I have upgraded my drivers, downloaded DirectX, and Visual C++. Still, it does not work. The thing is, Valorant used to work 2-3 months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. My other games are working except for Valorant. Please help, as I am new

I am getting enable TPM error while it is enabled.

After a long deathmatch i tried a comp match so the game kept crashing and telling me to enable tpm i checked it is enabled so is the uefi but i couldn't boot to bios, somehow all the usb isn't working during the boot thing even tried from windows to enter troubleshoot and still neither my mouse or keyboard are working. I don't have screenshot of the error because it only appeared during a comp game and i'm not ready to waste another comp game and make teammates lose for an SS of the error
