Having an issue with Val29 and Val7

So I tried entering valorant and it logged me out, when I was logging back in it was kind of bugging, like the letter fonts was different and then they disappeared. When I finally logged in I started valorant again it hit me with val29 and val7. I already did what was indicated in the website but it doesn’t work, what do I do? idk if it’s a vanguard issue or my pc just broke

Keyboard and Mouse selection

So i have a combined budget of 100 dollars and want a keyboard and mouse. I play on my laptop which runs pretty smooth and i have very less desk space so i prefer wireless mouses. My current keyboard is a red dragon 20 dollar keyboard and my mouse is a Razer death adder v2. I will be getting both keyboard and mouse from America so shops like micro center and amazon can be used to purchase the items. I play games such as Valorant, Counter Strike , Roblox, Fortnite, etc. Please do help me decide...

Where can i apply for unban if its possible?

So i just played a comp match and my dad called me to drive his car back in the spot ( hes teaching me car basics before driving school) and i got quickly back, it was about 2 or 3 roudns where i was afk, i even bought teammates before i left. After match ended i tried to que again expecting a warning, but i got a 2 week ban, i understand maybe 1 day or a week, but honestly 2 weeks is too much. If it isnt possible for unban, its okay.
