Hi guys, I opened a support request for personal data that had to wait 30 days, today on the 23rd day I checked my email, and the support is marked as resolved, I didn't change the password, I didn't change the email, I didn't do anything and I didn't receive the answer but for some reason it was marked as resolved, I would like to know if they will still respond anyway? And if it was a team error or is it just like that? (The image is in portuguese)

snap tap program
I wanted to ask if using the Snap Tap program could lead to a ban in Valorant. I want to make sure I'm following all the rules and avoiding anything that might be considered cheating or against the Terms of Service.
acc got banned
my val acc got banned for no reason, no hacks/any third parties downloaded.
i was ingame and then all of a sudden i got this on my screen (see img posted).

So for some reason my pc cant really go into bios and i got the "you need UIEF secure boot vanguard" or something of the sort , what should i do to play the game cuz the second i boot up the game it instantly gives me that error screen

I've been getting this error everytime I queue into a game. Randomly, first time ever this has happened...all my virtualization settings are enabled in msinfo32. How do I fix this?
