i can't login in riot

i got banned for "hacking" and when i made a ticket they told me that they would hwid ban the computer that was using the hacks. im not hwid banned does that make it so im hacked or can i get unbanned? i made THREE TICKETS. i can even show proof. so i loaded up valorant and it says to enable hvci so i go to memory integrity turn it on and it tells me to restart but when i restart i get bsod and its turned off then when i go back to it and same thing happens again and again

VAN RESTRICTION

I get the van restriction and it's only the secure boot, I went to the BIOS and activated the secure boot, I played Valorant but after a few minutes the PC freezes, I can't even restart and the keyboard doesn't respond

No Cheats Or Third Party Softwares, Just Banned — Please Review My Case

Mars 21 i was hardware banned for nothing i didn't cheat or use any software , i only downloaded cracked games but i don't think that's the problem because all my friends did too , i smurfed with another account but i don't think smurfing is bannable and even hardware ban , i have tried contacting riot support but i always get automated replies , can anyone review my case please.

Consistent "Network Problem"

Every time I've played Valorant for the past few weeks, it keeps telling me I have network problems. When the symbol appears, I can still move around and see what's happening in the game, but when I shoot, it doesn't do anything and the bullets go back to max. VAN: RESTRICTION

I keep getting this error message and it won't let me play val, how do I fix this? I have secure boot on my PC. It lets me into the game and it lets me queue up a game then after a couple minutes it will give me this error
