User 1430050242786492509 DMed me claiming to resolve a previous ticket request, stating my account is banned for 167 hours. They offered to "recover" it for $15. This seems like a scam. Please investigate.

i have this error in match, any fix? cuz it make my mood be bad playing game and i got crazy lag spikes too but in cs2 it isnt that bad(sr for bad english)

my game crashes alway with this error and sometime after that a blue screen shows up, i had problems with one of my ramsticks so i run only on one i tested that one many times with no error i uninstalled many times completly with revo vanguard aswell as valorant and used the cmd comands
