Throwers in comp match
can any admin please look into these two, throwing abilities at me all match. I just felt like there's not really a report button for throwers like this, in a comp match.

Hi, I have this issue where I always have to start my vgc to start my game but this time whenever I try to start it, it wont let me. I keep on getting a “Windows could not start the vgc service on Local Computer Error 1: Incorrect funtion”
Why does my valorant crash when im trying to open it?
When im opening my valorant and the loading screen pops up it instantly dissapears and my riot client pops up and says "It looks like your game has crashed. We're doing a quick repair and will automatically launch you back into the game as soon as we can" I dont know what to do because Ive reinstalled the game 5 times now and the problem still keeps happening and it keeps updating and when I open it again it does the same thing.

Spiking Game Latency (CPU) causes stuttering
When playing any gamemode, I encounter Game Latency spikes which freezes the screen for ~1 second. I play on windowed fullscreen and I believe this issue has occured after a windows update.
