Help with finding out what program triggered a ban

Recently got a 2 week ban and got it confirmed in a ticket that the ban was caused by a third party program injecting "forged certificates" The only programs opened on my pc that i think could have even triggered it were -Surfshark VPN (turned off)...

cpu bottleneck

my cpu render time on val is like on average 1.5-2 ms and my gpu render time is 0.0-0.3 and I feel like that’s a bottleneck idk im not rlly like educated in stuff like this but is there anyway i can reduce my cpu render time down ik like it’s a cpu game but like without having to buy another cpu?

i got banned WRONGFULLY

Just got back from a 2 week ban for leaving a game of swiftplay. I played 2-3 games and on the 4th one this message popped up in the middle of the round. It wouldn't let me play a full round without popping up and me having to relaunch valorant. I fixed it after 20 minutes of struggle and then i got banned for another 2 weeks. Please unban me and let me play the game.

vanguard user mode service take a high network usage

Asus Tuff f15 laptop with intel i7 - 12th gen and rtx3060 x VALORANT stuck at loading screen/lobby

VALORANT stuck at either loading screen or lobby , im only able to hear music and nothing else im even hearing people tying to invit me to their party but im not able to respond at all. I have tried updating the drivers and reinstalling the game nothing works. Any idea anyone?

Jett Glitch

There is a glitch on Pearl with jett where you can lower the players fps (enemies and teamates). No it is not just the one person enemy jett did it and my teamate jett did.
