High FPS Issue

Hello these last couple of days ive bee nhaving this issue with High FPS. I just played a match and i missed 2 total rounds of the match because I was still loading in. After these little episodes anytime i hit enter to type in the chat is just windows my game and if i hit enter again it fullscreens it. When I'm outside spawn and it's time for weapon change, I press B and I get stinger instead of sheriff and I see everyone else get sheriff once there already outside spawn. I know I can change once I die but I just wanna know is there a setting you can set the weapons or something....

My ingame name: Yogurt1Bang#toxic Dear Riot Support, It’s been almost 20 hours since my account was permanently suspended, and I have yet to receive any response from the team. I am reaching out to appeal this decision as I believe it was made in error. I have been accused of using third-party software, but I have never engaged in any cheating practices. The only third-party tool I’ve used is RawAccel, which is approved by Riot as it simply adjusts sensitivity settings.
