found a bug (just a minor visual bug)

change server help

I moved to Canada a year ago , but I made my account in the Philippines. How do I change it to Canadian servers ? When I logged in , I was averaging 200 ping. I can't even pick good servers that fit my new country ; all of them are in Asia.

Clove Ultimate

I tried to search online but no one's understanding me me so. When you die you get +1 ult point right, so what if I'm a clove and I have 7/8 points, 1 point away and I die, will I still be able to resurrect? Because technically I died, and I +1 point so it should be 8/8...

I see my mouse at the top of my screen if I flick or move my mouse too high.

If I click, it tabs me out of the game. This happens regardless of the amount of displays I have. I'd appreciate any help.
