HELP

hey, so i have a question and i really need help. when i open riot client i press on valorant n i press play it doesn’t load in like i see it’s loading but it doesn’t open on my screen i js stay on the main screen. i’ve tried everything my laptop is an hp something so idk if it’s cuz of that, and whenever i go on my profile in riot client and i press ‚end‘ like end the game or close the tab i think it doesn’t work and it says ‚you can’t end while a game is in progress. i’m so confused so if anyo...

Wifi not working?

I’m a new player and I recently installed valorant. It downloaded perfectly and launched fine but when I went to join a private match with my friend my game wouldn’t load. I thought it was my pc so I replaced my wifi with my phone hotspot and it worked. I was able to join the game? Don’t know if valorant doesn’t like my wifi or I need to adjust something for it to work. Please help. (P.s all my other games work fine and are able to run smoothly with my wifi)

Random ping spikes

I live close to Dubai servers, Pakistan, I usually get 60 ping on these servers but sometimes it decides to go above 100+ this sometimes happen randomly in the day and it refuses to go down in gameplay, my wifi is not experiencing issues with ping and it is optimised, can it be server load since it’s the holidays, Bahrain servers are around 70 like normal which shows my wifi isn’t causing the ping.

I cant download the game

I cant download the game on my ps5 I went to the ps store and when I searched it wouldn’t show up but if I viewed my friends game list I could see he had it so i clicked on the game from his library and it said “sorry game not found” I live in the UAE is it banned or smth?

(Not Val related) MS Store not installed on new PC

Nothing to interesting. I was gifted this PC by a friend who built it themselves. Really nice and all, but ot doesn't have MS Store on it. I've looked online and have already tried using Powershell with a command that is supposed to download it, but it doesn't work. It doesn't show an error meassage. Literally nothing seems to happen. Any ideas?

Since recent update i can't stream from obs

When I tried to stream valorant from obs to yt my game gets only 5 fps and rest app works fine but only valo got issue i tried with another game and had no problem.

Valorant stalling/freezing every couple of seconds

Hi, I'm not sure when this issue began, but it has not gone away since months ago. My problem is that whenever I launch valorant, after about a minute, my game freezes for about 6 seconds in intervals of 10-15 seconds. I have restarted my game (sign out and sign in), restarted my computer, deleted the game and the riot client (I don't believe I delete all files of the game though when I uninstalled valorant), and I have hardware acceleration off, my drivers updated, and my bios should be fine. May I disable the option to choose specific agents?

I want to keep myself from picking specific agents like Chamber and Fade. I had just recently joined up with a fool who would throw the match entirely, mention everywhere I went to the enemy-team ALL so that she could remain match-mvp... I constantly asked the moron why it was so important but no, she would never give me an answer. I want to remember to only pick the agents that can kill my throwing teammates... Is that possible?...
