Stuck on loading screen after buying vp
I bought vp and then when I went back to valo it was stuck loading with the message 'If you see this message and have not made a purchase, please minimize the game to continue in browser.'

Havent played the game in days and just tried logging in without success. Attempted recovery on website but just says im blocked. I have access to the email associated with the account.
