Inconsistent fps and packet loss problem

Brother perma banned,now I cant play either since we play on the same PC.

Exactly like the title says. Me and my brother are from a poorer family so we share a PC. Now he was always a mediocre player in valorant but I never knew he would try cheating. I guess he downloaded something while i was away for 2 weeks on a school trip. I was suspicious when he started killing people even after only seeing one pixel of them so I looked around in the PC but couldnt find anything I guess he hid it well. Anyways hes account got perma banned now I cant play either I guess riot IP...

Kept getting tempo banned for no reason

I already sent in a ticket regarding the situation. But anyways, I keep getting temporarily banned for ''intentionally trying to lose a match" which I haven't even done. Today, at 10pm or so, I was just trying to play valorant. I warmed up in tdm and played one game of swift. No issues or whatsoever and won as usual then I queue up for another game but I didn't like the map so I dodged it then I get the warning. Been like that for two days straight now.
