Random lag spike

Just a random question for any of the nerds out there who want to answer it (no offense) People say if you queue with a cheater you will get a 6 month ban for manipulating the ranked system, of course normal. but what if you didnt know, im asking this for general knowledge, because if you keep queueing with solo queues and one of them is cheating it will be pretty unjust....

audio issue

I use wireless earphones while playing. The main game lobby audio is clearly audible but the moment I get into a match, the audio deteriorates, it sounds rough and choppy.. and when the game ends, it returns to normal. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Im trying to change my aspect ratio in windowed fullscreen however it doesn't let me - when im in windowed fullscreen, it locks the ''aspect ratio'' box completely so it doesnt let me change between letterbox or fill. what do i do? (My goal is to be in windowed fullscreen and use fill mode)
