How do I fix this?
I can boot up the game but after I start queing for a game it just logs me out and shows me this message

Valorant stuck at loading screen, help appreciated!
it's what's on the tin, a few days ago I updated windows after the whole ssd thing was cleared up but afterwards Valorant simply wouldn't get past the loading screen. didn't matter if the computer was restarted, Valorant's files are fine (says the riot client at least) and I'm not sure what to check
I will say I've tried the intel graphics driver update and it threw an error code at me so I'm not certain what that means. additionally I notice when I open the game my cpu usage is never going above 1%, although that one may be normal as I've never checked before the issue started.
any help would be appreciated! everything else works fine it's simply Val that doesn't, if it helps the first time I opened it and the issue occurred was after I opened 2xko (which also wouldn't let me matchmake in that game) the day after said windows update (I hadn't opened Valorant at all before then that day)...
Ping spikes that are only happening in Valorant
Even though I don't get ping spikes in other games, every minute or so my ping will spike to 200-400 ms, lasting about 5 seconds before returning to normal (16-40 ms). This has been an issue across different internet providers and locations, so I find it unlikely that this is the issue. I have tried following several guides on YouTube, though I haven't had any luck. I was wondering if anyone possibly had any solutions for this problem. Thanks in advance.

Banned for Third Party Software but never run cheats in my life
I have never ran cheats in my life, i have been playing since ep 1 act 3 and have spent a little too much money on this game. However I log on to recieve a suspended from play specifically on my main account. I have over 2k hours on this game and I really dont want to loose it all for nothing. I have tried contacting riot support and yet to no response which is a bit frusrating and have tried to prove my case to them. I swear i would never do anything to be banned or anything on any of riots gam...
