Ping Issue in Syd/OCE

Valorant buggy when having other Apps open

I'm experiencing a strange issue while playing Valorant. The game runs completely fine at first, but as soon as I open certain programs on my PC (such as WhatsApp Desktop, the game starts behaving abnormally: I can still move around, see enemies, and play from my perspective. However, I cannot interact with anything — shooting, abilities, planting, etc. do not work....

When I tab out of valorant this happens. Please help. Also my WiFi spikes sucks.

Whenever I tab out of valorant on my desktop this happens (attached). I don’t know if it’s related but my ping spikes from 20-30 to 70-100 for a second every game and it’s annoying as balls. Any solutions?
