Iris Shader screen is invisible
this i the second modpack i have used recently that has had this issue
version: 1.21.1

the buttons are still there because i can click on them it is just invisible...

I don't know why this happens, I've tried everything. It happened the same to me when I was using Forge and OptiFine, and it's the main reason why I moved. I've tried to launch the game using both Iris and NeoForge installations (the only other mods I have installed are Sodium, Biomes O'Plenty and Xaero's Minimap), and there's no other way to get the game to work than eliminating Iris archive from the folder (I can't use shaders if it's only located in its own folder and not in the mods one). Shaders don't load in version 1.21.1 Neoforge on an Arch Linux PC.

This is the error I get. I found nothing about this online. I have reinstalled the mods, the game and my drivers but nothing changes....Suggestion: Server resourcepack compatibility (Toggle)
When you enable shaders, it makes your game so much more enjoyable for some people. Horever, the problem is that it can’t be used properly on custom servers, because enabling it makes the armor look like it has gone though both world wars and vietnam.
So a solution would be that a toggle that when turned on will make it so Enabling a pack with custom shaders will apply them even when shaders enabled, but only those which is modified by the current resourcepack. This would make armor render correctly, without the world looking like an alien planet.
Horever, there is an important note: This toggle is made strictly for server resource packs with custom shaders for armors and items so you should NOT use it for running Fabuolus! shader packs...

Version 1.21.7 it doesn't appear on installation.
Version 1.21.7 doesn't appear during installation. Do you have any idea why it no longer shows up in the Iris Shaders installation menu?

1.21.8 should be used not 1.21.7

No shader working
i have instal Iris in 1.8.12 on my 1.21.1 modpack but when i want to on a modpack, all do the same error message, so i thinj that can provide of that, if someone as the same prolem please help me
Blocks flicker in McPhoenix shaders.
It's been a while since I tried the McPhoenix shader, but the water and blocks were flickering.
If I remember correctly, it was working on my previous Iris, so I will report it here.
I tried with Iris 1.9.1.
I encountered the same problem with 1.8.8....

Rendering custom RenderTarget with shaders
Hello everyone, I'm one of the developers of SecurityCraft, and I have a question regarding shaders and Iris.
In our mod, we have a feature where players can view another part of the world as a camera feed in a "Frame" block. The camera feed is a
RenderTarget
that is first used to capture the remote world view, and then rendered in the Frame's BE renderer. The code responsible for this (buried in some other code, sorry about that!) can be found here (starting at around line 113), we also use a custom core shader for this, found here.
During testing with Iris and both the BSL and Complementary shaders, we've noticed that while using the shader, the frame feed does not show up. This either means that the world capturing doesn't work, which I doubt because Iris shouldn't really mess with that, or that the rendering of the RenderTarget
into the world doesn't work....
Game Crash
I have tried using Iris for the past 2 days and I am unable to find the problem with it. I always get this weird error even when I try to put it with no other mod but just sodium

Beacon beam colors
Anyone seen this before? When building several beacons in a row - the first/last one ends up brighter than the rest. Happens to both untinted and tinted beams.

RenderLayer rendering out of order.
When I have Iris installed the overlay renders above the armor trim, it is supposed to render below the armor trim. (Left image is what its supposed to be)

It said to contact the devlopers?
it said to copy the error.
so here it is "Shader program linking failed, see log for details"...

f3 shows shaderpack is "off" or disabled
when i look at f3 , it shows shaderpack is "off" but when i press k it becomes "disabled" and video settings look default either way

Minecraft crashing on turning off/on shaders
Whenever i try to turn off/on my shaders minecraft crashes, im trying to figure out where this issue is coming from, its probably not directly Iris but I have no idea how to continue about this

Theres tons of error, GPT told me its a memory issue, but i have allocated 14gigs from my 32 which atleast to me seems it should left enough for the shader switch? Thanks for any help...
Error loading a text files onto shaders
when putting in a text file to any of my shaders, it just gives me an error and disables the shader.
