my nether and chunks far from my base reseted using iris

i don't know the reason why, but i took a 2 week break from minecraft and when i came back, my creeper farm, that was set in the ocean far from my base just disappeared. i didn't understand it at the beggining, so i went to the nether to check if it was ok. then, i saw that i had lost everything i placed in the nether as well. I don't know why this happened, and i am asking for help here. even my end portal was reseted and now i have to place the eyes again.

Chunk Light Data Desync with Flawless Frames

I've run into an issue with trying to use shaders along with Distant Horizons in a Flashback recording of a large structure. Moving the camera quickly and loading chunks into render distance of the camera first loads the chunks without lighting data causing them to be pitch black for a moment before re-building the chunk with light data. This causes an ugly artifact in the recording.

crashing when joining a world/entering dimensions

Whenever I join my world using shaders, it crashes after a few seconds, specifically when generating lots of new terrain or when I enter a portal. I don't know what is causing this. My PC runs the shaders at an average of about 80 to even 100 FPS on average, so I know my PC can handle them, but it crashes regardless.

Iris Crashes every time i open it now and has insane lag

I dont know what happened but after i backed up my world and updated iris it started crashing everytime i tried to open it and would cause insane lag when it was just working fine a week ago

use iris and neoforge at the same time

hey, how do I "link" neoforge and iris? they are two different instillations in my minecraft launcher. I want to use complementry shaders and worldedit at the same time

cant enable shaders

I keep getting this notification when I try to enable shaders, Im on fabric 1.21.1, Ive tried downgrading/updating iris and sodium etc. nothings seemed to work yet.

Photon Clouds have a weird effect when interacting with blocks and the clouds are present inside

ebin resurrected shaders end issue

hello irecently i looking for a new shaders, so i found ebin, i install it, but when i go to the end dimension, the shader doesn't load, and on the chat i recive this message "Shader compilation failed for shadowcomp compute shadowcomp!"

Game keeps crashing and closing window or completely freezes PC

I run java minecraft and only have iris+sodium w/complementary unbound shader and the game either crashes in 30sec/20min and gives me the exit code -1073740791 or completely freezes and have to hard restart PC. Things I've tried and not work: -uninstall/install minecraft, java, iris+sodium, & shader -stress test hardware, including memtest...

Iris crashing upon startup

Trying to make a small vanilla lite server for my friends, but for some reason the moment I add iris I crash upon the game starting up, like within seconds. The moment I remove iris, its fine. Im on neoforge 21.4.136 on mc 1.21.4.

Transparent water and glass

Hi So tried sodium + iris + sildurs medium shaders for first time today. Looks amazing and works nice. Except my honey bees pc. On her side water and some colored or stained glass blocks are transparent. Like they dont have textures #iris-issues...

I don't know if it's a Iris issue or the modpack's issue

i didn't saw anyone relating about that in the modpack's server, but any shaders that i tried to use, and that my low end pc could, makes everything looks like that. I am using the potato shaders And im sorry if i'm giving the wrong file, it's the first time that i ask for help with a mod...

every time i try i get an error no matter what i do, im really dumb with this stuff so could somebody please help me?

Solution:

Since you're playing on 1.21.3, I suggest you downgrade Sodium to 0.6.11 or lower. Iris 1.8.7 is at least for Minecraft version 1.21.4 and higher.
