GOG Playtime

Is Heroic supposed to log GOG playtime? I see it displays my current playtime from GOG for Diablo, but after playing for a bit I don't see it detected on my GOG profile as recently played or that my playtime has gone up.

Game not launching after it says playing

i cant play more than 5 minutes of gta in my m3 macbook without it crashing

i downloaded gta today through heroic epic games and crossover idk how i linked those three but the thing is it got downloaded in my mac and it ran fine for 30 min then it crashed and now i cant play for 5 min without it crashing.

GTA download keeps getting stuck

ive been waiting for the game to download, however it keeps getting stuck. right now its stuck at 9gb because i had to reset my laptop when it was at 60gb and got stuck so it started again from zero. I wont load properly, what can I do? (I have enough space on my macbook, im using crossover btw and my internet is just fine.)

How can I "translate" this launch command from Steam to Heroic? WINEDLLOVERRIDES="version=n,b" %command% So that Heroic runs a comand or in my case this env variable before the game lauch command?...

Always keep hidden games hidden on startup

Rn, if I set to show hidden games in the filter, the next time I open Heroic, the game will be in that "unhidden" state. How to always set the filter to not show hidden games on startup? There doesn't seem to be an option in the UI so ig there's a config file?

Does Fortnite need to be reinstalled to work?

So... a friend of mine and I were migrating from the official Epic Games launcher to Heroic, simply because the Epic Games launcher has horrible performance and this is no secret to anyone. The thing is... during the migration, my friend simply took the game files that she had already downloaded from the Epic Games Launcher and imported them into Heroic. After that, she uninstalled the Epic Games Launcher and when she opened the game through Heroic... she encountered some problems. The game worked, but the high-quality textures did not stream, and she could not access screens like the buy screen (who shows when you try buy an item with real money). On the other hand, I already wanted to reinstall my game due to some problems, so for the migration, I completely uninstalled my game, then the Epic Games launcher, then installed Heroic and finally, downloaded the game from Heroic. By doing this, I did not get the same problems as her and the game worked perfectly....

Rocket League - ShellExecuteEx fails with "Bad EXE format"

Hiya, as per title, trying to run Rocket League results in the following error:

ShellExecuteEx failed: Bad EXE format for Z:\home\xnefas\.local\share\Steam\steamapps\common\rocketleague\Binaries\Win64\RocketLeague.exe.

I imported the game after downloading it from Steam to avoid redownloading it, if that's of any help. If possible, I'd like to avoid redownloading the game....

heroic games launcher not installing games

I am using windows 11 and heroic games launcher v2.15.2. I tried to log out of my Epic account, I tried to download the game to a different disk, I closed and opened the application, I looked to see if I could download the game from Epic Games Launcher and I saw that I could download it, but the Heroic Launcher remains stuck as in the picture. what can i do? Also sorry for my bad english
