heroic games launcher not installing games

I am using windows 11 and heroic games launcher v2.15.2. I tried to log out of my Epic account, I tried to download the game to a different disk, I closed and opened the application, I looked to see if I could download the game from Epic Games Launcher and I saw that I could download it, but the Heroic Launcher remains stuck as in the picture. what can i do? Also sorry for my bad english

Couldn't create process hogwarts legacy

Hello. Recently tryed to start Hogwarts legacy on my Steam deck/. First, I faced problem with "C++ Runtime". After some research I found how to fix it (helped winetricks in the heroic launcher). After that another problem appeared: "Couldn't start "exe" Createprocess returned 2" I couldn't fined solution for that one. GTA V on Steam Deck

I want to install GTA V to play only storyline (offline), but when I try to install it the launcher says it needs BattleEye to play it online and that anti-cheat is not supported on the Steam Deck. But the pop-up window says i can remove the check in the settings and after install the game. But i've removed checks for BattleEye and EasyAntiCheck, tried some combinations, restarts of the system after every iteration - nothing helps. Resident Evil & Various Other Games Won't Launch

Apologies if this is an easy fix but I'm quite new to using Heroic. This is the AppImage and when I click to launch the game it says "playing" for a second before closing. I've tried changing directories, using a custom Proton to no avail. Any help will be appreciated and I'll be happy to learn from it 🙂

A Way Out on Epic (EA) not starting/installing

Hello, I know THPS1+2 got an update on steam to be playable offline on the steam deck. I also know some launch commands were used to get the offline mode to work on windows/linux for non-steam deck.
