Tabbing through fields
Would be nice if we could TAB through the fields inside the menu's.
At the moment tabbing only jumps to titles in front of edit fields....

Unreal Engine crash!
Hello. I have a problem activating DASH. After I click on your product icon, this appears and then Unreal crashes. Is this some kind of bug

Draw curve to replace existing curve?
I’d like to be able to redraw an existing selected spline with draw curve. I know I can change number of spline points and smooth out but sometimes it’s nice to just redraw over an existing spline that might be part of some blueprint
Absolute Weight instead of Relative
I've seen this brought up before but wanted to call this out again. I think it'd be a small but powerful feature to allow for "absolute" weights when referencing something like a distance property.
Use cases for this:
- I want to scale the width of my road, but always want something on the edge 10 unreal units before/after...

Understanding Terrain vs Landscape
Hi there. I was just wondering if somebody could explain a bit about the thought process behind how I should think about when I would want to use the terrain tool vs landscapes.

Bug: Proximity mask issue with splines scattering
Hello,
I don't know if this one has already been reported but in case this was not I'll take time to explain the bug I found.
I created 2 splines and scattered the same stone along the 2 splines....

Adding heightmaps to your terrain in 1.9 seems to crash UE.
I haven't had issues adding height maps to my terrain meshes until I updated to 1.9. Maybe something to look into.
Error installing version 1.9
Hi, I am trying to install version 1.9. It installs correctly, but in the last process of the installation, when the command console comes up, I get this error. The plugin, it seems to work fine, but every time I load a project, I get this same window and the same error. I have tried several times, but I always get the same error. The screenshot is in Spanish, but I put the translation in case it helps. Thank you.

Update in dash
Hey guys, I can’t get the check for updates to work in engine so had to install update by going to website getting new installer again etc. Is the updater in engine not functional
Dash 1.9 not starting in Unreal Engine 5.5.3
Dash was working fine in the last version last night, but when I updated today, it would not launch. I did uninstall as instructed. I did see the console pop up and install in 5.3 and 5.4 but didnt see it do the same for 5.5. I am going to restart and see if that helps. Any recommendations? I have attached the error log. thanks!
Re-Compute Assets
I just started using Dash and updated to 1.9. Is it normal to have to recompute all of the assets for a project? I uninstalled Dash and installed the new version like the documentation stated.

How could I fix it? It’s in Spanish. But it basically says that couldn’t find some files

Dash 1.93 doesnt recognize the all FAB assets in the project
Here is an example from the project. The FAB assets is much more count in the content, while in the Dash Browser much less.

RVT Texture issue
Hi! When trying to add virtual texture, I am facing with strange black colorisation of the asset. Any idea how to fix it?

Material tilebreaker improvements
Hi!
I have also one more idea - the tilebreaker system might be improved, since it produce a very good visible border in the texture while breaking the tile in low values. This also produce additional artefacts when using displacement. In my opinion, a very good tilebraking system can be found in Extile pack....
Layered material with curvature - cavity maps
As UE can manage layered materials could be very useful to have different material layer on one object and blend them with maps (ex curvature, cavity not vertex paint blending) to be able to texturing as in substance painter.
A further development could be to paint a mask for each material or add a texture (ex a noise texture) as a mask...
Scatter of Blueprints instead of Meshes?
Hi! I'm Jaime Delmonte! We've talked before, but with another account hehe.
I wanted to ask about a thing I'd like to do using Dash but I have some questions about how to do it.
I have a long road. I want to create buildings at the sides, procedurally. I have the buildings separated. My idea was to make each building a BP and then scatter the buildings using the Path Scatter tool or even the Grid tool, but here's the thing:
I want to scatter these Blueprints instead of meshes because I want to add lights to the buildings inside the BPs. And I'd like the buildings inside my road to be changed automatically... but it's not working. When I scatter Blueprints, it's like it's scattering its interiors and not the BP itself, so if I change the OG blueprint it doesn't change in the scattered ones....
Road tool improvement
Hi guys!
I have a quick suggestion for the road improvement tool.
It will be super necessary if we will have an option, to adjust a landscape (or mesh) that placed under the road, so that we can made a flat road that may be placed in the noise terrain.
Like a default road tool in the landscape.
