Open Fab button not working

Hi. I'm having a problem with Dash (1.8.5) with UE 5.5.3. I can't get the Tools Panel to display. Clicking on the "Edit" button in the Dash Bar doesn't do anything. Any suggestions on how to make the Tools Panel show?
Dash failed installation

Some problems
I am having a problem getting the AI assistant window to come up. I open the Dash window and click the "3 stars" image, but nothing happens. I rebooted my computer, reinstalled 1.8.5, but still nothing.
Also, is there a way I can "save" the location where the menu comes up? Every time I click on the "A" dash icon, the menu comes up in the middle of both of my screens and I have to drag it so that it isn't split across screens. If I close the menu or restart UE, it pops back up across my screens.
And, for some reason, I can't drag-and-drop content from the content browser onto a viewport. When I attempt to drag an object into a level, I get a red circle with a line through it. I've tried dragging objects from PolyHaven, Fab, Quixel, or from other projects, and get the same result....

I have two problems with the road tool, I'm struggeling with.
First is the width. Are this centimeters? If I compare it to a cube, both set at 12 meters (cube) and 1200 (centimeters? road), the road has twice the width. See Attachment 1.

Any clue how to get thumbnail images to load in Dash Content Browser? About half the time it appears like the following. I've checked CPU, memory, and GPU memory. All seem to have plenty of room to handle the processing. I'm using a Windows 11 system.

Hey guys, I need some info on licensing for a studio. I run my freelance license and on most project been fine running on my own system. However I am getting asked to work on more projects with studios with walled networks that donβt allow any internet so would need a different license. Path scatter Collisions
Question: do path scatter objects have collisions enabled, so that other actors that have physics react to them (bounce...etc.)?
Road - StreetCurbs
In the road tool is there any way to include Street Curbs on the side of the roads? I tried to use the same curve I use to create the road but it doesnt push the road properties.
Quixel Through Fab
Hi everybody β€οΈ First, thank you to Dash team to work on this amazing plugin. It is only in its infancy and there is lot of limitation in certain features, but it is already super powerful and a huge time saver for sure. I can't wait to see what the future will bring !!
I would love to have your help on the recent change that quixel & fab brang. Dash material edit and material blend works with my former quixel library that is on my drive, but for new materials (QUIXEL ones) that are added straight in the content browser by the inside FAB plugin, dahs doesn't work. I know that for now it works only with megascans and polyhaven, but these materials added from fab are still quixel right ?
So what workflow do you recommend to use our quixel claimed library that is NOT on the local drive ?...

Quick newbie question, please : is it possible to add other folders than "Content" to add assets ? for example, I have several separate content plugins folders (for example, my own sandbox) that our CTO wants us to use for our tests (especially because it's not in the Revision Control / Perforce scope). How can I add my Sandbox folder to Dash Content Browser, please ?...
Tag limit problem
I'm confused about something. I bought the Freelance perpetual and it says "Same features as in the subscription models below" but I can still only index 2000 and not 4000 items per month. Especially for the object previews this is a bit annoying. Any way to set this limit to 4000?

What am I doing wrong with these vines?
What am I doing wrong with these vines? I can't spray paint them onto the object or place them there. According to the tools pannel I have it set to the correct surface, but as far as Origi8n ghoes it is creating an actor and Placing it far away.
I have used vines on this model before and it works, but there must be something in the environment that is causing this to happen....
