Will cpu constantly be at 100% if I select I paid for the whole cpu

ReplayMod loading chunks in the video

I'm using replay mod to make a video with a lot of chunks in it. While in singleplayer and recording, all the chunks are loaded in DistantHorizons and I can see it perfectly. When I go into the recording to record, some of it loads slowly if I press unpause and eventually most of it is loaded by the end (But I can't keep pressing play, that's why no entities are moving) but either way, when I watch the actual video it doesn't work at all. The chunks load in as the video plays which is not at all what I want....

Cave Culling issues

I'm having an issue where caves are being culled even when well below the default Y=60 I am currently running 2.3.0b-RC3 for 1.21.4 interestingly, lowering the Y value that culling starts at "fixes" it, though my computer is very unhappy about it edit: lowering the value or even disabling cave culling entirely doesn't fully fix it, it's just harder to tell with default graphics, but shaders reveal that there is in fact still holes in the distant cave walls...

I'm testing distant horizons and it is using LODs even though im ~50 blocks away does any know the setting to increase the distance before LODs start being used

Is it possible to put the mod on a paper server?

I'm using a paper server 1.21.4 on Aternos, with Geyser, because one of my friends is mobile, I wanted to know if it's possible to put this there

how do i fix the end being so laggy and structures not generating until close?

Have this error after upgrading to newest version of dh's nightly build for 1.21.4(euphoria patches)

Make sure the requirements and all the mods are up to date

It's only in the nether that this happens and still occurs with or without a texturepakc (No Shaders are applied)

Snow on trees turns the entirety of the tree leaves white in LODs

Just wondering if this is vanilla behavior. Below is a picture of the effect. If theres a way to mitigate this, id appreciate it. Otherwise, just confirming its normal is all I need. Thank you!

DH Singleplayer TPS lag

I'm on 1.20.1 and whenever I go into the nether, I get TPS lag, entities lag, and whenever I break blocks they reappear, I think the problem is DH cause when i remove it from my modpack, everything works fine, I have 32GB of ram and Minecraft has 12Gb allocated, I tried messing around with DH settings, like putting everything on low, and I still have this problem, I tried 2.2.0 and 2.2.1 or DH, and tps issue is still there. Solution:
Set the CpU load to minimum, disable distant generation and wait 2 minutes

DH - Sodium - Indium conflicts

Been trying to get 1.21.1 DH to work (through lunar's fabric launcher), though I keep running into the same error which results in a crash. A DH notif pops up, saying that I need Indium with Sodium for mc to work, at which point I press okay The game launches, and instantly crashes, which doesnt make sense, since I have Indium installed. I tried disabling + enabling Indium, to no avail Images attached...

Why does increasing vanilla render distance affect DH performance?

I know I ask a lot of questions on here but Iโ€™m really curious, (assuming all LODs are already generated) is it only because the vanilla chunk loading takes up more of the available CPU power? Or does DH use the vanilla chunks for something and, as such, having more of them makes DH have to work harder?...

Glitch in nether

I get the following glitch, only in the nether. It's like a fixed image at the horizon. It happens both in single and multiplayer.

Looking for 1.21.4 Forge Release

I play on a singleplayer world and I'm looking to run DH alongside a modpack I'm currently running (none of the mods are in the incompatible list), however, I haven't been able to find a 1.21.4 Forge release anywhere in the nightly release. Is there something I'm missing or is it not out yet? If so, are there plans to release it in forge? Thank you.

mod doesnt work

i put the jar file into the mods folder but when i launch the game i dont see the icon when i go to the options menu (fabric 1.20.6)...

Setting up server

To preface I'm using the latest nightly build on client and server with a few of the recommended optimization mods. I used chunky to pregenerate a large number of chunks in advance with DH disabled, and am now attempting to pregenerate the LODs so clients can join and download them. I am basically asking if there is a way for me to use the server to pregenerate the LODs and still monitor progress like you can on singleplayer? I'd do it all on singleplayer but the easiest way is to just crank the...

Color Averaging Adjustments

Hello, I am looking for suggestions on how to get my color adjustment to favor darker pixels. The texture for this leaf block has a lighter top and darker bottom. Because DH is averaging based on the top pixels, it really pops out from the other trees when rendered as a LOD. Is this just a natural consequence of the texture or is there a setting I can make adjustments to that will correct this?
