DH LOD refused to render on M1 mac [Solved]

I have reinstalled Forge, the mod itself, deleted the config file, delelted the world file and even runed it without any mod aside from DH, is it possible due to mac being mac? :sadgegato:

SQLite open in another program

can't delete the sqlite file in DIM1 because Win11 thinks it's open. I have no files or games open.

DH dev disables rendering on each game restart if "Show LOD Gen/Import Progress" is disabled (latest commit https://gitlab.com/distant-horizons-team/distant-horizons/-/jobs/8830121340) I tried deleting the config file, did not fix....

/dh commands not working?

Preface: I'm not a minecraft super expert. My user is OP on my server (it's local on the same machine I'm running the client from). Fabric server with latest mod installed (no errors on server) and mod installed on my client (i'm also using latest Fabulously Optimized modpack). I type / and "dh" pop up with auto-suggestions but when I put /dh pregen it tells me "Unknown or incomplete command (blah blah)..." I'm pretty sure my server is generating DH chunks because they appear when I pop on...

Everything's gray...

This is both on multiplayer and singleplayer, with and without my resource packs- except for that brief second it worked before crashing and locking up my computer T-T I have no idea what's causing it if it isn't the resource packs......

Yet another vanilla fog post

Hello! I've read the FAQ, disabled fog in sodium, DH's graphics section (/fog), and yet, vanilla fog is still present on the latest 1.21.4 gitlab job artifact Removing DH mod in the mods folder removes vanilla fog, and using the fog overrides mod did not help. The NoFog mod crashes....

Help my game crashes every time I load the 1.21.3 nightly build.

The game launches without issue, but once I click a server or singleplayer world and it gets to the "loading chunks" screen the game crashes.

Weird 2D Clouds Won't Go Away

I've looked everywere to try and get rid of them. These weird 2D clouds at the top of the world won't go away. They seem to move and disappear whenever I look around. I have tried turning off cloud rendering, and using Iris I guess video settings got changed so that I can't disable normal clouds or something? Goes away with shaders.

What causes this extreme low quality render after using /pregen?

Hello, on 1.21.1, I've joined my server after running a 100 chunk radius pregen, but the quality seems extremely low? Could someone explain to me why this may be?

DH Single player crash.

I ported my server world over to single player so that I could finally generate the lods, and it's got over 320,000, however it's not showing an ETA, it was crashing due to memory error I believe but I have allocated 32gb now, and the game just exited randomly without any crash report, any indication as to what needs to be done for it to complete the lod loading?

Kelp looks like blocks

Visual bug. See image. I see green blocks where kelp should be, which you almost cant make out in the distance, but is very apparent when using the Zoomify mod. Singleplayer Settings...

Stck in save and quit

I am using nightly build for 1.21.4, and i want to ask that if it is normal to take more than 20minutes to save and quit from the game. It usually happens when i play longer, If i just join in a world and instantly quit, it works nromally. My lod distance is 256, and i assigned 16gb to minecraft....

Problem with bliss and transparency setting

So I tried to transition from 1.21.1 to .4 with my custom vanilla+ modpack.. and i come into problems with DH + bliss shader. In screenshots you can see the problem: glass is not transparent and water reflections are visible trough terrain. In last post i found something with transparency setting.. When I turn off transparency these problems fade away but textures start to duplicate across the sky.. when I turn transparency to fake or complete.. sky is clear but the glass and water problem is there.. I tried to tweak a lot of setting but didnt find any solution. Is there something that I can try or I just must wait for full relese of DH for 1.21.4?...

Nether roof causes massively increased GPU usage

When on the nether roof, FPS drops and GPU usage spikes. This is likely due to the lack of culling (as the roof is a massive expanse of bedrock), so the GPU is required to render far more than in other dimensions. Images: 1. DH + Shaders 2. DH + No Shaders...

Worse Quality when DH turned on?

Why is the Quality worse when DH is turned on? (1.21.4 Nightly Fabric Build) For some reason when DH ist turned on the normal loaded chunks are not as far as the one DH switches out....
Solution:
I think i found it, Settings > Advanced > Graphics > Culling > Overdraw Prevention if i set it to 1 it seems to be working agin. Or is it something else?...

when i spawn in it just doesent start rendering and if it does its gets very laggy and alot of weird looking terrains
