Rendering looks weird / not finished?

The rendering looks weird for me, its like it isnt rendering everything so when i fly up parts of it are just missing as seen in the image i sent:grassblock:

DH + Shaders/modpacks + Curseforge

is DH + Shaders/modpacks + Curseforge possible, im trying to run prominence 2 with distant horizons and idk how to work it.

DH not loading more than a few chunks

I can see it working, but it only goes this far. This is on an ATM9 server

How can I improve trapdoors?

I have made this tower with a lot of iron trapdoors but it looks horrible from far. It changes drastically for only a couple of blocks....

distant horizons unloading LODs 1.20.4

I’ve set my distance radius to 256 but distance horizons seems to unload lods as soon as I go a little farther.It only has a specific area near the spawn point loaded at all times but it unloads all the other chunks.The lods would be loading perfectly in front but as soon as I turn around,all the lods behind me would just have disappeared.Only the chunks in my render distance are loaded.

My CPU begs for mercy. It shall receive none.

I only set it to balanced, why am I eating a fat 100% CPU usage? i9-13900K overclocked to mach 5 for reference....

LODs not rendering upon re-joining a server

DH working perfectly during a session on my modded server, but after disconnecting + rejoining, they do not render and I have to revisit all the chunks again. - Forge 1.16.5 - Modpack includes Immersive Engineering, Immersive Railroading, Custom NPCs - Using Optifine (still doesn't work when disabling shaders) - Forge server hosted w/ Shockbyte, ~4G RAM...
Solution:
Downgraded to DH version 1.6.5a and it works with Optifine.

Any way to sync client and server?

I wanted to pregenerated my server super far out so all of its players could use distanthorizons to see super far, but then I remembered dh only renders chunks that the CLIENT themselves has visited. Is there a way to maybe sync the server and the client or something? Needing every individual player have to visit every individual chunk really seems to take a lot out of using it in multiplayer.

Crash shortly after starting game

Hello so I have made a modpack and I have around 120 mods, including some like embeddium, oculus, (some might have incompatibilities) but I keep crashing shortly after starting in the loading screen forge, I've looked thru everything in the crash log and cannot find anything relavant or anything that could result in a crash, when I remove the mod it works perfectly fine though.

Game gives me a RuntimeException: Failed to read accessWidener file from mod distanthorizons error

Im trying to run distant horizons at 1.20.6 using the FabulouslyOptimized modpack also at 1.20.1 and the error appears.

Server boot in local but not on my VG server, caused by DH

Hi, I have struggle with DH since 8 hours. I migrated all my serv / modpack from 1.19.2 to 1.20.1. I did it in local to be more efficient because it's faster. Finally all is fine in local, i can open server and play on it. When i paste files into the FTP and trying to open serv, I get an error, see logs at the end. If I remove DH, it's fine. I used the nighty build shared in dh fork serv channel to get it work in local, because the main dh file was causing crash of the server. Canl you help me please ?...

Is this mod pack possible?

Hey guys! I am a very old school player who comes and goes (started back around 2011!). Its been about 3 years or more since I last played but recently I saw this wonderful Distant Horizons mod. It rekindled my partner and I's passion to get building again, but currently I am struggling to create a mod pack in curse forge that works. Wanted to see if DH and shaders would work in single player again. Installed is most recent build of embed/oculus combo with most recently nightly build of DH and a decent sized modpack. Installed are Dynamics trees and supplementarys which i know are incompat but i would like to try and get them to work, as others have....

DH+Oculus+Embeddium Not workin on custom pack

Hello, I'm trying to get DH to work on my modpack, so far i'm not able to get it to generate LODs at all, but i can verify that DH is running. My guess is at this point that its a mod conflict but i cant really tell what, as i made a separate instance to run JUST DH oculus and embed+addons, and it works there. Funnily enough reading the FAQ said Supplementaries was incompatible, so i threw that onto the test instance and it work fine no problem afaict. So if anyone who has a keen eye that can spot something that has a conflict but isn't posted yet that would be a great help, as I've done the Alex caves fix, and got Debug mode to run, but visually doesn't do a whole lot besides put a color "square" on my screen. Screenshots and logs to follow...

Help interpreting red text, missing database?

Hey! I'm not quite sure how to address this error. I was doing perfectly fine before I tried to update to new versions of dev DH and a DH-compatible Oculus build, but now not even my old ones work, and both versions display this message. Atm this is single player, and no logs are available as it doesn't cause a crash...

Memory Usage increase intentional or leaking?

I've been playing a solo world with a decent handful of mods using 128 render distance and bliss shaders. I have 24GB allocated to MC, a 5800X3D, and a 7800XT I usually log in and am already allocating around 18gb after it loads up all the LODs. If i go on any decent travel i can usually see my memory allocation go all the way to 100% (24GB) and the little usage window is going up to around 95-98% and going back down again. Eventually if i go too far too fast i'll get a permenant stutter and i have to completely restart my minecraft from the launcher. I play on extreme quality and use "Aggresive" CPU usage settings. Is this amount of ram usage normal? I see posts about high ram usage but the 18-24 jump after moving a thousand or two blocks almost seems like a leak?...
