Previously, I have linked my pubg account to my own facebook. But now someone hacked my pubg account and added a two factor authentication with their own phone number.

The facebook and email that linked with the pubg account is mine, but the phone number that’s two factor authentication is not mine. I never added the two factor, and I don’t know who added their number to my account. So I cannot entered my account because I need the sms for two factor authentication.

Hello.. I have just come through a very serious problem today..I was playing PUBG mobile normally . at about 4 pm Germany time i opend the Game , and it showed me “authentication failed” … then logged me out... My Pubg account is linked with Twitter. When I tried to log in again with twitter it opens a new account level 1.. instead of opening my account, it creates a new one level 1. my account was only linked to twitter and had no 2nd social link.. please can someone explain me is this a bug or anything?my character I'd is 568374049, also tell me how can I get my account back.. sincerely waiting for the answer

The options, ("Delete Account") and ("Data Transfer Outside EEA") will only appear if your account had been registered and created inside the European Economic Area (EEA) or if you have switched your country/region to one of the countries in EEA. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you will not be able to transfer your account or its data outside of Europe.

As for the "Data Transfer Outside EEA" option, if you select Accept, then nothing will happen and you will be returned back to the basic settings. However, if you select Disagree, you will be prompted to delete your account.
