The reason why the loading screen get stuck is usually caused by network/signal instability in your current area, please try the following.

Make sure your network environment is in a stable stage.
Make sure your server that matches your current location.
Try switching your network to (4G or Wi-Fi), and make sure you are in a stable signal area.
Log out of the game to free up some storage on your device.
Repair/re-download the game.
