Hi I have webcam logitech c270 connected to raspberry pi 4 camera is added from camera menu in mainsail but the camera window is black

Did you also edit your webcam.txt in your config folder with your camera info and restart

I am with ratos alpha 4 and can’t find webcam.txt ( I didn’t change it)

Just to note, if you are on the latest RatOS then it uses crowsnest.conf

See Maverik's comment above. crowsnest.conf goes next to your printer.cfg (same directory).
