AWhat kind of max psu amps should i use on the included power source?

AAfter the update of the last Firmware i get a long beep and the motors didn't work properly. What does a long beep means?
After i set the max amps to a lower value in the configurator it works like before.

WLong beep means motor fault has occurred. The exact fault is encoded in the statusbar as shown above.
A@walmis the error was fault_undervoltage. I have already discovered the cause. My lab power supply was misaligned. Was my mistake sorry.

VSo one thing I liked about the winwing grip was the set screw to really lock in the grip to the base once tightened down. Any tips to eliminating the grip from being able to break free and rotate during extreme maneuvering? Teflon tape? Loctite 425?

It seems the more spring effect a jet has, the more it throws the calibration of the end stops off
If the spring effect is low my raw x min at the joystick limit is 2120
If I’m in a plane that has a high spring effect the raw limit in the same spot changes to 2175
This means that the axis won’t actually let me do 100 percent roll in some planes
I found this out when mucking around in the m2000 and it needed a full control wipeout in order to continue with the fbw system

WThat's normal as the gimbal/belt has some flex under load. Could be compensated in software in the new updates if there is a need.

MI’d got used to flying the f14 with a slow roll rate lol

MYeah I did, but different modules have different forces at the ends of the axis

Aif I understood correctly you can't configure the Rhino in VPC software, but since the adapter is just a mechanical thing to hold the grip and you use the black box and VPC software to configure the grip

RWould an option to calibrate under full spring power help?
MYeah you can do that by changing the raw x numbers you see at the physical limits when under load
MBut then when the controls are slack you will max out the x axis before you hit that physical limit (kind of like a dead zone)
WI'll add the compensation algorithm for the next release

V@walmis not sure if my winwing adapter is working. Confirmed the f18 grip works in super libra base, immediately attach adapter and screw into rhino base but don't get any button input registered
VIn vpforce configurator I changed grip type to winwing adapter then stored config
VAfter troubleshooting it as far as I could on my own I installed a warthog grip without the adapter and it works fine
VJust read an earlier post from you that this was created on a F-16EX grip ? Could that have anything to do with it? Do I have to buy a F-16EX grip now 
WAh, damn F-18 probably has different register layout, I'll see what I can come up with. WW adapter can be flashed remotely, so if I can figure out the data then I can make an update.

S@@walmis I may have missed your reply but is there any consideration for this: a button to act as a limiter for axis excursion? So that when the button is depressed, the affected axes will only have a limited range mapped to the full stick excursion. Virpil implements this as a 'ceofficient of division -- basically scaling the raw output by a user specified amount.
SThe dialog in the virpil software looks like this:
SThe relevant box is labeled 'axes zoom'. In the 'action button' field I enter the logical button I want to act as the modifier. In the coeffieicent of division I enter the 'scaling amount' for the axis I am adjusting. In the VP config software, this could be a 'box' in the 'settings tab' . Initially, it would be fine if it applied to all axes uniformly for simplicity.
WThis is a bit tricky with FFB, since the center point is variable, but I guess could be doable with some maths. What's the main use case for this?
