GNo worries. The telemetry adds so much, I'm gonna have to dig deeper into it and see what else I can do. First impressions of my first stick flights were freakin amazing though. Game changing for sure.
GOne parameter I know right away was missing especially in the Hornet was g loading on the stick. I'm sure there's a way to get it setup, but the more g you pull the heavier the stick should get. All fighters have that either physically or hydraulic
AI want perfect realistic g-loading on my hornet, make it happen

GI'm new to python and the programming side, but I work on aircraft IRL. I know my way around the systems and performance of the planes, just have to learn how to change things thru the telemetry software
Walso AoA - So we need to 3 parameters to play nice together - AoA, G and regular spring
AIt's ok if it's complicated as long as I don't have to do any of the problem solving

FHello everybody, is there any quick start guide for fs2020 with xpforce? I just bought the xp force licence but it doesn't generate any forces for the rhino. It detects it but it cannot control it. Any additional info is appreciated. Tnx

Sin your xpforce Config.xpfc i had to add the axes manually since it crashed anytime i tried to set them in the app. after that, it just works.
AIs it possible to mix in effects from the configuration software with existing ffb effects from say IL2?

WYup, you can mix in the settings for damper, inertia etc. into the game. Just set them in the configurator to your liking and they will be applied in game too.
ASo if you want to keep the game’s effects clean, you should do which one?

)WSo in effects tab those are like augmented effects, that work if the game doesn't set them. And also additional stuff like endstops. In the settings tab, those sliders are global "volume" controls. So if the game has annoying rumble, etc, you can tune down those separately.

WSo if you have damper at 100% in effects, and damper is 20% in settings, total damper output will be 20%

AI noticed be default, only spring was at 100%, probably best to have all those general sliders start at 100% right? And tune down if they feel wrong or off

WTry damper and inertia by increasing gradually, too much can cause instability or oscillations.
AI found friction at anything higher than 5-8% was causing oscillations

AOh one final question for now, after calibrating, and setting a spring, the joystick seems to return to center at 49% and 49%?
W49? The best place to check is the telemetry data in the left side of VP configurator, it should come close to 0 for x and y
WAlso don't do windows calibration, reset to default if you did. That will definitely cause some strange issues down the road.
