Tiktok, I can't upload videos on it(fixed)

Hi, so yesterday and today I tried many times to upload a preview of 20 seconds of my new youtube video but Tiktok tells me "Upload Failed, please try again later", I have a proof video of this issue to share with someone who can help me with this issue, SO how to solve this problem? Thanks!
