Best GameUserSettings for Low End, Performance, Quality and FPS

I want to know some nicer preset options for players who struggle plating because of bad pc, wifi, or fps

Essentially you want to lower all quality options to 0/lowest to reduce the strain on PC if you want more FPS or have a toaster PC

settings arent going to save you from wifi. get an ethernet cable or dont play competitively

you can make a backup copy if you're that worried. This is just a file to change game settings

I tried changing it and it didnt really make any difference on my system

It seems to control texture resolution which barely takes any GPU resources, and makes your game look significantly worse

The ppl recommending 80% and 90% is probably for a specific reason - maybe it makes certain things sharper and barely changes the quality, not sure

then its probably cpu, val is notoriously cpu heavy
