Homeworld Remastered Collection - launcher crash

I installed it from GOG, running Ubuntu with a RTX 3050, flatpak install of Heroic, when trying to start, it fails to run the launcher, checked with Proton 7, Next and Experimental.
When launching the Homeworld2 executable, it does seem to work
