Has anyone got this exception when calling D3D12 CreateDevice?

The GPU will not respond to more commands, most likely because some other application submitted invalid commands. The calling application should re-create the device and continue. (0x887A0007)

I googled around, but didn't find any proper solution

Okay, figured it out
EnableDebugLayer must be called before creating the DXGI factory, otherwise CreateDevice will fail with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET (0x887a0007)
Somehow I overlooked that part, now everything works as intended
