VIts set it and forget it, I think the only issues people have reported in here with the winwing adapter is not having a winwing base to change stick settings that get written to the grip, like if your axis is acting as a button but you want it to be an axis

MYes have both the F18 and F16/A-10 Grip, like them both but pref the F16 Grip

SI offered to send them a ffb stick for the harrier, all I got were crickets. So I second the razbum sentiment
LYes Rhino has luxurious throw, but I planned ahead (images if you scroll back). I did order a throw limiter too, but I forgot to ask for any left-right limit 
so I just use software end-stops. They work just fine! I can even calibrate the entire throw if needed, because my front panel is hinged and my legs move out of the way. But if your simpit hardware gets in the way, definitely print a limiter or order one with your Rhino, it's just 5€.

SHeres a question chaps. In the simracing world there are two schools of thought for FFB, Realistic and Immersive. Realistic is the feedback you’d actually expect from the wheel. Immersive makes up for the lack of motion/other feelings by amplifying effects through the stick.
Now, on an ffb flight stick, would you prefer realistic (FBW stick feels dead, warbird stick super shaky and gets harder over time) OR immersive (Feeling the runway bumps through the stick, feeling higher speed being harder to move even with fbw planes, increased stall buffets, damage pulls, really anything that you might normally feel through the plane not the stick)

i am very hyped. Even if i have like, half a year to a year until i get mineWPersonally I like the additional effects, I'd like to imagine some of the 'immersive' effects would transfer from the airframe to the stick.
SIn some aircraft yes, in others no. But i 100% am on team immersive here. Im getting no other feedback other than the stick, so it needs to create that feeling of the aircraft but not overpower the trim/buffets etc from the stick itself. 
Phey m8, for me personally it's a mix of realism & immersion. I like the ability to configure the stick/base to act or 'feel' as realistic as possible for each aircraft flown whether that be having an asymmetric Y axis for modern jets, making the stick feel lighter for fbw & heavier for warbird & non fbw jets & also proper force trim in helis all the physical sort of stuff realism wise. But then I also like to have some of the less realistic ffb effects come through the stick, like Walmis said some of these effects might be felt more through the actual aircraft or the seat or pilot body itself. Some effects could be removed from the stick as other haptic feedback things like butt-kickers & jetseat are added. All in all the amount you can configure the Rhino & it's related telem app etc. is just amazing & will ultimately enhance the users sense of realism & immersion. 
SI cant remember the last time i was so excited for a flight sim product. This has the makings of a game-changer for the industry. I hope he has a patent out for how it works because the big guys will notice soon
PYeah the Rhino has been an absolute game changer for myself I went from the vkb GF3 base with mcgu/kg12 & 200mm curved extension, that was an insane feeling base coming from the x56 & x52pro before, but the change from gf3 to Rhino was even more game changing. Yeah it'd be good if the big guys like virpil, vkb & Winwing or even logitech 
got onto the ffb thing, given the fact flight sims & space sims are making a come back in the gaming community also it might help to see the popularity of a product like the Rhino.

DI couldn’t agree more with this, I like to set realistic motion/range of motion so when flying the stick in simulation represents the same as close as possible and on the flip side I enjoy the immersive feel like weapon release obviously is not realistic for all planes and may not be realistic for some warbirds etc, but damn does it feel good to pull a trigger and it go brrt.
I cant wait to get both jetseat & b-kicker, and eventually when supported pedals
Also simple thing like pointctrl adds immersiveness without feedback, would be nice if there was a rumble motor or somethibg to simulate weightiness when flicking toggles/switches but its pretty nifty

SI filled out the "Google forms" a month ago and hasn't heard anything. Is their anything else I should do.
IWhat I would like to see in the future is the app to be kinda like the flight sim for aviators app. What it does is sees which airframe you are on, and modifies the butt kicker effects for that aircraft. It also allows you to modify it for each aircraft. So if we were able to have different effects/ settings for each plane that would automatically select based on what aircraft you are using. These settings could be based on community data and be able to modify it to your own liking. For example I believe the f18 has different x and y forces. Being able to center the f14 and f5 stick, f16 setting and whatever else we can dream up. Skys the limit I’m sure.
PWell the telem app already sees which aircraft you're in & changes the effects to whatever has been set in the config for that aircraft, we can edit the ffb effects per aircraft too, just need to edit the config file, it'd be nice if there was a gui for it to make it easier but still we can do it. I think there's some kind of depository being made on the discord here for the different effects ppl have added to their telem app config for different aircraft. Also I think Walmis added something for changing the center point in the software. As you said the sky is the limit when it comes to the Rhino & ffb in sims!
IRight, but it’s only effects not stick setting as far as I’m aware. And it’s in python which I don’t really have the time or desire to learn. Don’t get me wrong it’s pretty awesome, I just think with some drop down menus and working with the vpforce stick app could provide some awesome features. Especially as the community grows, not everyone is a programmer

PPython was only needed by the user to install the telem app but there's an exe install version now & as far as editing the effects per aircraft it's only adding a few lines into the config file no need to learn python or any coding skills, easy enough that I could do it you can even just copy paste effects from one aircraft to another then just edit the numbers i.e. speed or angle of attach etc. But yeah at the end of the day a gui with drop down tabs for ffb effects per aircraft etc. would be really cool!

RI have a jet seat and the additional immersion the rhino is going to give will be amazing
JI've got some ideas of what I might add in addition for further immersion, but for now I'll be content with the Rhino + VR
DIssue is that not all a/c have the same telem effects, there needs to be a sheet created that calls out every effect and what planes have them
JBelt tension system for example sounds amazing, especially since it could be configured to work with racing as well
PApart from the ultimate end goal of having a full 6dof motion rig I'd be happy with either 3x ~40" monitors or VR with; the Rhino, jet seat, butt kickers & a seat mover to top it off.
