JDoes the load balancer work with load balancing domains too or is it just ips? like can i load balance for instance 127.0.0.1 and cloudflare.com?
CIf you're asking about if the Origins it uses can be IPs/Domains, the answer is yes you can use either
CYou would need two origins pools though, iirc you get 2 or 3 origins for free and any more are paid

Cyea it's not too bad, origins are a bit pricey though. Looks like it is 2 origin pools included (i.e two different domains/ips to load balance among) and any extra origin is $5 per up to 20
JI feel like its not priced terribly at all cause if ur having more then 2 servers u probably can afford it
Jonly thing that im kinda suprised that isn't included is the traffic steering and regions i thought that may be included by default
CYou get "standard" steering, which is either failover (use priority / healthy pools), random/round robin, and Proximity steering (based on lat/long coords of the origins you set). You have to pay for "Traffic Steering" which includes Geo Steering (can set up rules/regions), and Dynamic steering (based on latency from health checks)

UBecause Cloudflare has over 300 data centers that need to get the rule info so it takes time for every DC to be updated

Syeahhh lol one time I had to do about 300 button presses to remove them all because a parked domain had tons of weird records from the registrar

SI think the important part of that example is in the
link: "</test.css>; rel=preload; as=style", header. that tells the browser to start loading that resource before the HTML is fully loaded (helpful if the HTML response is really long or is dynamically created)SI think it needs to actually parse your response and then return the 103 response to the browser so they make it an option in case it breaks something
