XIMO it's a good UX feature with a default config and inline with the QoL philosophy
AThis is correct. Flatpak does a search for your natively selected
GTK_THEME on Flathub and auto-installs the Flathub version of the theme if it finds one.

If/when a first-boot tool fits into that scope, cool... but I think the scope may need to be adjust/clarified to make tha thappen.
