Since that is the case, can you please log out and perform a repair? Select the "Routine Repair" and "Repair Resources" options.

Restart your game and just stay in lobby for few mins without doing anything.Don't open inventory or anything just stay on the home. The resource management button will appear after 2-3 mins. I had the same issue

It doesn’t change anything for the same amount you have enough for the RP through the regular shop, there is +180 UC but it could be less / more according to your luck
505 UC is not enough to get the 100 RP pass
But the 50 one
