Can I go to a prepaid plan instead of usage based?

Hi,

I noticed that I am on the usage plan for on the Developer Plan, but I want to do prepaid for budgeting reasons.
Is there somewhere I can do that?
Since I didn't notice any way for me to switch to prepaid on the billing panel 🙂

I saw "Prepaid" on the page before I got into the Developer Plan

swapping to the pre-paid dev plan type involves canceling your usage based plan and then upgrading to dev plan but instead choosing to pre-pay
