What makes you think it's wrong? That could be the actual speed from Cloudflare with your ISP.

silly question, but you're letting it finish right? speed.cloudflare.com does a bunch of tests going up in size, gotta give it a solid minute to finish, unlike fast.com

Here's another statement on namecheap about transfers:

Shortly afterwards, the transfer will be initiated at the Registry level and the domain will acquire "pendingTransfer" status. So, like I said, give it a week. You can also have the previous owner check for an email from Tucows with a link to approve the transfer immediately. If there isn't one, and there's no option on their website, then you'll have to wait.
