Here's another statement on namecheap about transfers:

Shortly afterwards, the transfer will be initiated at the Registry level and the domain will acquire "pendingTransfer" status. Your previous registrar should release the domain within up to 5-7 calendar days. If they do not take any actions within this period, the transfer will be approved automatically. You may also check with them if it is possible to speed up outgoing transfers with them.

So, like I said, give it a week. You can also have the previous owner check for an email from Tucows with a link to approve the transfer immediately. If there isn't one, and there's no option on their website, then you'll have to wait.

If you're with namecheap, jump onto their support chat and they will do it practically real time transfer out. Their support is very good, leaving them would be kinda silly. If it's tucows in, you'll need to contact them, live support can usually do it real time if Tucows has live support.

You know what would be nice, podcast/audio API, voice only version of Stream. Same process with the current video setup without any of the video encoding or video out, just audio delivery. As it's so cheap to run/deliver vs video. Would put nearly no strain on the current Stream tech. Would also work with WHIP/WHEP setup from any browser.

Its when one or more of the tunnel connections is down but not all of them. it will have failed over to a different connection so its not down, just degraded

Yes, unless you were paying for the original rate limiting rules. I believe the blog post is still up to date with its information: https://blog.cloudflare.com/unmetered-ratelimiting/

"New customers get new Rate Limiting by default while existing customers will be able to run both products in parallel: new and previous version."

"Existing customers will be granted the same amount of rules in the new, unmetered, system as the rules they’re currently using in the previous version (as of September 20, 2022). For example, if you are a Business customer with nine active rules in the previous version, you will get nine rules in the new system as well."

"In the future, the previous version of Rate Limiting will be deprecated, however we will give plenty of time to self-migrate rules."

Are you talking about how some Resolvers, like Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1, don't send along EDNS Client Subnet (ECS)?
If so, there's an explanation here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/faq/#does-1.1.1.1-send-edns-client-subnet-header, but there's no way to change that. It's a decision they made for privacy
