Jr/fedora is a good radar for that, that's how I knew it was just not the mirror thing, then I know exactly what to look for
JI'd love to find out if rpmfusion has like a mirror for CI systems only, that'd be ideal
J"hey give us access to a thing where it can be reliable and in return we can offload a bunch of image based traffic off your mirrors" might be a good pitch.

Bi hadn't really had a chance to look, but the reason main is failing https://github.com/ublue-os/main/actions/runs/5150393847/jobs/9274470128 is not necessarily because rpm-fusion updated kernels, but rather because akmods has not succeeded SINCE rpm-fusion updated
