I am not aware of this event, as far as i remember, all purchases are final and you cannot get a refund.

You need to change your email as I have told you before, then use it to create a new game account.

For account deletion option, you can find it via the settings. It may not be available in certain regions. Contact the customer service in-game for further assistance.

Note, this option is to deactivate to the companion, it does not remove the companion from your collection, etc..
