You need to change your email as I have told you before, then use it to create a new game account.

For account deletion option, you can find it via the settings. It may not be available in certain regions. Contact the customer service in-game for further assistance.

like if i have a pubgm account/profile (with all the progresses until now) with an email xyz@gmail.com, and i want to remove/delete the account from the pubg servers, so when i do login with the exact same email address, everything starts from 0, just like creating a new game profile

To become a creator, you need to submit a "Become a Creator" request, provide accurate answers to the questions, and wait for your application to be reviewed. If your request is approved, you will receive a notification in your in-game mailbox.
