You can try changing your credentials from your Apple ID (password) and see if it makes any difference once you log in game.

The customer service is the only one that can help you with account related issues.

I don't understand the daily Task in Battle Royale with regeneration 100 Armor.. I taught I had it done many times, but it didn't count. Do I need to have a Lvl4 Armor and then let damage it to all down to fully recover the 100%?
