You can submit a request for account recovery by contacting the customer service through inside the game. You can contact the customer service using the Customer Service option located in your Account settings of the game or through the login menu using the Help option located at the right side of the screen.
Idk if I should ask this here but about the legendary team title does have to be 7 conusctive wins in Erangel or it can be any map that has the gamemode
