To get approval it requires very good accuracy level for Normal Review percentage and your past history of review and accuracy level. If you meet the criteria, you will get the approval.

Applications are being checked now after a certain time

For the invitation to the server, You have to wait until you receive an invitation through in-game mail box

Have you guys experienced the bug where the exit button for a vehicle goes back to its original form on the default controls and only it, It ruined my 4 finger controls and I kept dying because it suddenly switches from the place I've been used to and place to the default state when you first install the game.
