Hi, that's my issue, i cannot use the recover account feature, i've been trying to point that out to the customer service via email for a day now, their responses have been repetative and have been no help to me at all.
When i try to use the Recovery tool, it prompts me a message that an email will be sent to me regarding my claim, But i should go to a screen where i provide my information first after the verification phase.
I had 2 login methods, the email and twitter, he managed to get ahold of those two, but thankfully i contacted twitter support and managed to get my twitter back, but still, he has access to the account via email.
