Hello, my friend's PUBG account was stolen. We wrote to PUBG support for help and they removed the link to FACEBOOK THAT WAS OURS, but the email that wasn't ours is still there and we can't log into the account right now.
We then received a reply saying that they had sent a code to an email (not ours) and that we could use it to log into the account.
By the way, they don't allow to write to PUBG Support Team anymore for about 3 months now.
QIf you submitted a request to the customer service through the account recovery tool, you should have been asked to provide an email when using the account recovery tool. After your request is approved, the same email that you provided to the customer service will be linked to your PUBG MOBILE account and all other login methods will be removed. You can try to use that email to log into the account.

QYou should be able to check that through your merit profile.
MI played 5 games and got 1 merit from each and after that I can’t get anymore but when I looked it up it said I can get 120 merit a day

QThen you will need to contact the customer service regarding this. You will need to provide them with the required and accurate information to prove that you are the owner. After that, they should be able to help you with this.
