Can confirm this worked for me too

As Arthie mentioned, this was necessary when D1 first came out, I too had the binding setup ever since then, never updated it. Issue for ref - https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/2402

i can get this prefix too, in toml and dashboard, i set DB binding, but when i log the env, there is a prefix __D1BETA , i use wrangler@3.4 solved problem
