- You can receive the Victory Trophy Figure after winning 7 consecutive matches in the ranked themed game mode in Diamond tier or above. Victory Trophy Figure can be used in the Erangel themed game mode to activate the Dragon Ball Trial. After successfully completing the trial, the game will be over and the team that summons Shenron will win the game.
How do I use the Firearm Redeemed Stickers that I have redeemed by using the Graffiti?
- It is not possible to use them at the moment as the Guncraft is not available. Guncraft may or may not come back in the future. This situation is currently being looked into.
How do I receive the Ultimate Fashion Avatar?
- The Ultimate Fashion Avatar can be obtained by completing the first mission in Ultimate Fashion achievement.
I have submitted an application for World of Wonder Creator access. When should I expect a response?
- If you have already submitted an application for World of Wonder creator access, you can expect a response within 30 days after submitting the application if your application gets approved.
If I get the RP 100 outfit and I don't have enough Pearlescent Upgrade Cards until the end of this season, can I still use next season's Pearlescent Upgrade Cards to upgrade it?
- Pearlescent Upgrade Cards can be stacked in your inventory and you can obtain them and keep collecting them if there are going to be more Pearlescent Upgrade Cards in the rewards of the Royale Pass in the future.
In the Marmoris X-Suit event, if I receive the item as a gift, and decide to use the Return Gift option, will the sender receive back their 1000 Marmoris Tokens?
- Yes, the sender will receive the 1000 Marmoris Tokens back if they already own the outfit.
Why is the Gift option not available for me in the Speed Drift event?
- This is an intentional design for players who have performed illicit in-game purchases. Should you have further questions in this regard, please reach out to the customer service.
From where can I obtain the AW Value Pack?
- The AW Value Pack can be obtained through the shop by navigating to Featured section and selecting the second option. This pack is available until 2023/09/04.
Why is that some players have early access to themed game modes before the official launch?
- This is intentional that early testing is available to certain players and locations for major features.
